Screw machine parts are fabricated to blueprint or drawing specifications using single spindle or multiple spindle automatics. These machines achieve a precision tolerance of .0005 of an inch.
We have the expertise to manufacture parts made from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, nylon, Teflon®, Delrin®, PVC, phenolic, and other materials in solid bar stock or tubing. We have certified sources for plating and heat treating.

Machines
Mt. Vernon Screw Products machines round parts up to 2 3/8" diameter; hexagon parts up to 2" and square parts up to a 1 5/8". Secondary operation machines are available on site if needed.
